Day 128: Acadian Flycatcher

The Acadian Flycatcher is a small, insect-eating bird. During breeding season, they can be found in the eastern U.S. and Canada. They migrate through Mexico and the Caribbean to Central and northern South America.

Adult birds have olive upperparts, darker on the wings and tail, with whitish underparts. They also have a white eye ring, white wing bars and a wide bill. I think they're pretty adorable! Evidently, the Acadian Flycatcher is a great flier, able to hover and even fly backward.
