The Snow Goose is one of the most abundant species of waterfowl in the world. During migration and on their wintering grounds, Snow Geese often congregate in huge flocks. The largest wintering populations occur in the
central valleys of California, along the Gulf Coast of
Louisiana and Texas, and along the Atlantic Coast from
New Jersey to North Carolina. It's a magical sight to see a flock of Snow Geese "dance" in the sky.
